1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Customized, personalized, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We will guide you through the process and arrange for item pickup or provide shipping instructions for you to send the product back.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit/exchange approval.

Refunds, when applicable, will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Please note that shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
